Brad discovered his passion for speaking, which birthed his personal brand B-Rad inspires. Over the years, Brad has spent most of his time traveling to speak at various schools to increase graduation rates for both students and athletes. His primary focus is to help individuals recognize their gifts, put forth their best effort, and take advantage of their opportunities despite what life throws at them.

Although Brad is a sought after motivational speaker around the country, his highest priority is his family. Brad and his wife LaKendra live in Franklin Park, New Jersey with their son Brad III (Bizzy Bee). Brad & Kendra have been happily married for 4 years and look forward to many more. In 2015 Kendra began the journey to support Brad in his mission to be all things motivation for students and educators. It is well known that Brad’s family is what keeps him grounded. When he’s not on the road and on stage he is spending his time with his beloved family. Before motivating the world Brad’s goal is to be the best husband and father he can be. .
